PDP Crisis: Capacity Franklyne Edede Sounds Warning to Party Enemies Abuja, Nigeria - January 18, 2025

In a strongly worded statement, Hon. Comrade Edede Franklyne Maduabuchi, a prominent

member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has condemned the actions of certain individuals he labeled "enemies of the party."

Edede, also known as Capacity Franklyne Edede, addressed a press conference in Abuja, warning Governors Peter Mba, Seyi Makinde, Ali Odefa, PDP National Publicity Secretary Debo Ologunagba, and the Party's BoT Chairman Senator Adolphus Wabara, among others, to desist from their "unhealthy and negative energy" within the party.

A Warning to Enemies of the Party

Edede's statement comes on the heels of the ongoing crisis within the PDP, and he did not mince words in expressing his disappointment and frustration with the actions of these individuals.

"Their actions are inimical to the progress and unity of our great party," Edede stated. "I urge them to refrain from causing further disaffection and work towards the collective interest of the PDP."

A New Dawn for the PDP?

Edede's warning is seen as a call to action for members of the PDP to rally behind the Sen. Sam Anyanwu/Damagum-led National Working Committee.

As the PDP navigates these challenging times, one thing is clear: the party's loyal members will not tolerate any further attempts to undermine its unity and progress.
