BREAKING NEWS : President Tinubu Wins Lifetime African Achievement Award

President Bola Tinubu has been honored with the prestigious Lifetime African Achievement Award in Ghana. The award recognizes 

his outstanding contributions to the continent. The ceremony took place at the Manhyia Palace in Kumasi, Ghana, where Tinubu was represented by Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Bianca Odumegwu-Ojukwu.


Tinubu joins notable figures like Archbishop Desmond Tutu, Prof. Wole Soyinka, President Cyril Ramaphosa, and Dr. Mo Ibrahim. In his acceptance speech, Tinubu urged Africa's youth to take up leadership roles and contribute to a united, peaceful, and prosperous continent. He emphasized his administration's commitment to transforming lives and fostering inclusive growth in Nigeria.


Other notable awardees include Dr. Benedict Oramah, President of AFREXIM Bank, who received the Global Intra-Africa Trade Excellence award; Governor Umo Eno, Akwa Ibom State Governor, who was awarded for Governance and Public Service; Alhaji Abdul Samad Rabiu, Founder/Chairman of BUA Group, who was recognized for African Excellence in Business; and Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs, who was honored for African Traditional Leadership and Business Excellence.
